Cancellation Policy
Because each order is custom-made to your specifications, we begin production shortly after your purchase is confirmed.
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing support@timoraart.com. We'll confirm whether production has started and process your cancellation if possible. If your order has already entered production, cancellation may not be possible.
Changed your mind about which product you'd like? Contact us at support@timoraart.com within 24 hours of your original order, and we'll help you switch to a different item from our collection if production hasn't begun.
Once production has started, we cannot accept cancellations except in cases where the delivered product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility Requirements
We accept returns and offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Damaged or defective artwork
- Misprinted products
- Incorrect items shipped
- Products that do not match their description
To qualify for a return or exchange, you must:
- Contact us at support@timoraart.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery
- Provide photos clearly showing the damage, defect, or issue
- Provide your order number and receipt
We will review your case and respond within 24-48 hours.
Custom-Made Products
Since our products are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or specifications that you provided
- Minor color variations due to screen display differences (we provide accurate product descriptions and images to minimize this)
However, if the product is materially different from what was advertised or is defective, you are entitled to a return or exchange regardless of customization.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale are eligible for return or exchange only if they arrive damaged, defective, or do not match their description. Sale items cannot be returned due to change of mind.
How to Initiate a Return
Email support@timoraart.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the issue
- Brief description of the problem
We'll review your case and provide instructions within 24-48 hours.
Return Shipping
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs upon approval of your return.
For other eligible returns (if applicable): Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you about the outcome within 2-3 business days.
Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
Haven't seen your refund? Check with your bank or credit card provider first—processing times vary. If it's been more than 15 business days since we confirmed your refund, contact us at support@timoraart.com.
Exchanges
We'll replace defective, damaged, or incorrect products at no additional charge to you.
For exchanges, email support@timoraart.com with:
- Details about the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Your preferred replacement (if applicable)
Once approved, we'll arrange for a replacement to be sent. We will cover shipping costs for exchanges of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
