- Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post
- Orders are shipped within 7 business days from order confirmation, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order
- Delivery times are estimates and subject to courier company norms and availability
Timora Art Co. is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, or events outside our control. We guarantee to hand over your order to the courier company within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment, or as per the agreed delivery date.
We partner with reputable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
Orders will be delivered to the shipping address you provide during checkout.

- You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress through the courier company's website
